Tall Chair by Tom Dixon

Tom Dixon's designs are extraordinary, each characterized by beautiful sculptural form. Tall Chair, with its slender form and accentuated high backrest, can be considered as a design statement. The upholstered dining chair is available in grey fabric with brushed black-lacquered oak legs. It was launched in 2006 and it's a perfect accompaniment to the Slab Dining Table in solid oak . Recently Tom Dixon used his Tall Chairs to complete interior design for The Circus Bar & Restaurant in London.

Rose Pixel carpet by Carolin Fieber

Rose Pixel is a customized carpet, designed by Carolin Fieber and produced by German company Bretz Wohnträume. We can adjust the layout of the pattern by choosing among measure-specific shapes from minimum size 1,00x1,00m up to 4,50x4,50m. The idea of taking part in designing my own carpet sounds great!

Bretz designer carpets are hand-tufted from pure wool (matt finish) and viscose-wool blends (shiny finish) with relief-like, 3D effect.

Rose Pixel is designed in 14 different color tones and inspired by pixelated digital image. The three-dimensional sense is strengthened by various pile heights. The carpet complements retro-style Kautsch furniture collection by Carolin Fieber, a fashion designer and stylist trained in Milano, Paris and London.

redesign: Milk bottle lamp by Tejo Remy (Droog)

Tejo Remy designed Milk bottle lamp in close collaboration with Droog, a conceptual design company founded in 1993 by product designer Gijs Bakker and design historian Renny Ramakers. Droog's collection includes more than 120 products now and it's work contributed  greatly to defining Dutch design internationally.

Tejo Remy works with product, interior and public space design in Utrecht, the Netherlands. His commissioners and exhibitors include Museum of Art and Design in New York, Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum in New York, MoMA in New York, Stedelijk Musuem in Amsterdam, Museum Boymans van Beuningen in Rotterdam, ACME Gallery in Los Angeles and the Netherlands Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment.

His designs are communicative and relate directly to our feelings: "The milk bottles hang just above the floor in rows of three by four as in Dutch milk crates from the old days."
